The FDA approves the DigiFix® External Fixator for Dupuytren’s contractures of the hand. In the dynamic mode with elastomer bands, the DigiFix® will exert a continuous and constant Low Load Prolong Stretch (LLPS) to the Dupuytren’s cords, to slowly straighten the finger.
